Our Story

Built from
the ground up.

QSM was founded on a single frustration: too many construction consultancies give advice without ever having laid a foundation, priced a job, or managed a programme under real pressure.

Our leadership brings together Chartered Quantity Surveyors with direct construction backgrounds. We've worked the sites, managed the teams, and built the software that other builders needed but couldn't find. That lived experience isn't incidental — it's central to everything we deliver.

Today, QSM operates across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors throughout the UK. We work with sole traders looking to grow, SME contractors needing commercial support, and developers who need a trusted commercial partner from day one.

Alongside our consultancy practice, we develop and operate BuilderDesk — a proprietary software platform that gives contractors the digital infrastructure to run a professional, scalable building business.
